Songs from Real Stories

Creating music from life moments that deserve to be remembered.

The Philosophy

Some stories are too personal for borrowed words.
Some moments deserve more than a playlist.

I create songs from real stories — shaped around love, memory, commitment, and the quiet emotions that people often struggle to put into words themselves.

These are not songs written for an occasion.
They are songs written from a story.

Every piece begins with listening — understanding what the moment means to you — and then translating that feeling into music that can live far beyond the day it was created for.

The Kinds of Stories I Work With

I’m drawn to stories that carry emotional weight and honesty, such as:

  • A couple wanting to mark a milestone together
  • A bride or groom expressing a promise in their own words
  • Families honouring love, gratitude, or shared memories
  • Personal moments that feel too meaningful to explain casually

If a story matters deeply to you, it’s likely the right place to begin.

I take on a small number of commissions each month to give each story the attention it deserves. If you have a date or moment in mind, it's worth reaching out early.

How the Process Feels

There’s no rigid formula.

We start with a conversation — about the people involved, the emotions you want to hold onto, and how you imagine the song living in your life.

From there, the music is shaped in the way the story needs:

  • Sometimes as a completely original song
  • Sometimes by weaving a personal stanza into an existing piece
  • Always with care, intention, and respect for the emotion behind it

The goal is not complexity.
The goal is truth.

Some Stories I’ve Turned into Songs

A Bride’s Entry — “Tere Sang Sang”

A bride wanted her entry to feel less like a performance and more like a promise — something that carried her emotions as she walked toward a new chapter of her life.

“Tere Sang Sang” was written as a gentle, hopeful song that could live beyond the wedding day — not just as an entry track, but as a memory she could return to years later.

A Groom’s Commitment — “Jab Talak Hai Yeh Saans”

This song was created for a groom who wanted to express commitment in his own words — not borrowed vows, not familiar phrases — just honesty.

“Jab Talak Hai Yeh Saans” became a musical expression of devotion, written to feel timeless rather than ceremonial, so it would still feel true long after the wedding day.
